This Westlake condo had just been purchased.  The owner was renovating it so that it was ready for when they moved in. He had multiple contractors working on different aspects of the house such as painting, flooring, tiling, etc. The rooms that were being painted had different and unique things about them. For example one of the upstairs rooms had pastel green walls, a yellow accent wall, and a basic floral stenciling around the upper part of the room. The stenciling had to be carefully painted over in order for the wall to have one smooth layer with no traces of the stencil. Another area of the house had this beautiful fireplace with wood surrounding it and built in wood shelves. These details needed a professional painter with expertise, precision, and patience.
